Baby Yoga
BabyFit Baby Yoga beautifully balances miniature, adapted yoga along with dry massage (clothed), touch, song and rhyme. Each class is designed to incorporate a mixture of energy and calm, allowing baby to interact and have fun without becoming over stimulated.
Suitable from around 6 weeks, although I recommend 10 weeks to allow your baby to have navigated the majority of their forth trimester, and up until they are on the move (constantly rolling, crawling).
