  • Bump Yoga+: Nurture your body and prepare for birth with yoga and pilates practices designed for pregnancy.
  • Bumpfit Aquanatal: Exercise in the support of water, crafted specifically for those expecting.
  • Postnatal Yoga+: Heal and nourish your body after birth, focusing on recovery and strength.
  • Baby Yoga: Promote healthy development for your baby through touch and gentle movement in our Mum and Baby Yoga classes.
  • Personal Training Sessions: Personal 1:1 training sessions for your specific needs.

When and Where?

BabyFit classes are conveniently located around Norwich and run periodically throughout each week. Both daytime and evening classes are available, to suit your pregnancy or post birth needs best. Venues have been chosen for ease and accessibility to help unwind, destress and connect with your baby.

  • I did pregnancy aquafit with Debbie the whole way throughout my pregnancy and not only did I stay fit and enjoy the classes enormously I also learnt alot about my body, pregnancy and birth!

    The best baby bump class in Norwich. The slow relaxing yet beneficial movements we were told to do were essential to birthing my baby. Very knowledgeable and calming instructor, Debbie is super personable and easy to talk to. The class helped me massively and I took the steps and info I learned in class right from birth and way beyond! Highly recommend.

    I have known Debbie for years through the fitness industry and when I fell pregnant with my first she was the person I contacted about doing her yoga and aqua classes and I'm so glad I did, she's absolutely brilliant and so knowledgeable, I learnt so much from her, I'm forever grateful to Debbie for her support & knowledge and very professional, i also met a wonderful group of pregnant mamas through both classes and im still good friends with a few of them today (met them 2020 before lockdown) Highly recommend Debbie, the best pregancy yoga and aqua classes in Norwich!!

  • I attended Babyfit pre and postnatally. Debbie is hugely knowledgeable on all things pregnancy, postnatal and beyond in relation to women's health so you're I great hands. It's a great chance to get prepared for birth, chat to people in similar situations and look after your body and mind. Debbie really helps to boosts confidence and get you back! Not only that, I made some amazing friends.

    I have done Debbie’s pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, birth preparation workshop and pregnancy buoyancy bumpfit. Debbie is an extremely knowledgable personal trainer with a specific interest in pregnancy, postnatal and women’s health. She has so much knowledge and I recommend her classes to anyone who is pregnant - you will not regret it. Her classes kept me fit and mobile during my pregnancies and her knowledge is ultimately why I had a home birth, which was such a positive experience compared to my first hospital birth. I would not have had the courage to do this without her support and knowledge. If you’re thinking of trying a class - don’t think twice just do it, you won’t regret it!

  • Debbie reassured and supported me in pregnancy as I navigated continuing to exercise in pregnancy. She is highly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I loved attending her pregnancy yoga class - it helped me learn stretches to support my pelvis and optimise baby’s position for birth. If you’re looking for support to continue exercising in pregnancy in the way that works for you or for support with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mobile with yoga I couldn’t recommend Debbie more highly 🧡

    My daughter is 8 now but i still remember Debbie’s kind words, advice and fitness/strength training in those tough first few months of motherhood. I still do many of the exercises she showed me and highly recommend her to new mums or mums to be 🙏🏻
