Whether you want to maintain your mobility, flexibility and strength throughout pregnancy, prepare for your birth giving day or recover and heal postnatally, our specialised classes are specifically designed to get optimal benefits for you and your baby.

Our services span a range of needs:

  • Bump Yoga+: Nurture your body and prepare for birth with yoga and pilates practices designed for pregnancy.
  • Bumpfit Aquanatal: Exercise in the support of water, crafted specifically for those expecting.
  • Postnatal Yoga+: Heal and nourish your body after birth, focusing on recovery and strength.
  • Baby Yoga: Promote healthy development for your baby through touch and gentle movement in our Mum and Baby Yoga classes.
  • Personal Training Sessions: Personal 1:1 training sessions for your specific needs.

When and Where?

BabyFit classes are conveniently located around Norwich and run periodically throughout each week. Both daytime and evening classes are available, to suit your pregnancy or post birth needs best. Venues have been chosen for ease and accessibility to help unwind, destress and connect with your baby.

  • I wish I’d found Debbie in my first pregnancy. I attended Buoyancy BumpFit and Pregnancy Yoga in my second pregnancy and loved both of these and know they helped me to birth my second daughter physiologically and with minimal intervention both during pregnancy and labour. Debbie is an advocate for pregnant women and is so supportive of those wanting to maintain physical activity throughout. Her passion shines through and she clearly loves her job and cares for the women she works with. Not only did she encourage me to complete a 10km event, she joined me and supported me for every step!     Debbie reassured and supported me in pregnancy as I navigated continuing to exercise in pregnancy. She is highly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I loved attending her pregnancy yoga class - it helped me learn stretches to support my pelvis and optimise baby’s position for birth. If you’re looking for support to continue exercising in pregnancy in the way that works for you or for support with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mobile with yoga I couldn’t recommend Debbie more highly 🧡

    I can not recommend Debbie and Babyfit enough. I attended pregnancy yoga from 3 months, learnt so much, enjoyed every second and made friends for life. I recommend Babyfit to everyone I know who becomes pregnant.

    Debbie is so knowledgeable, I love how informative and supportive her classes are. I attended two different classes with Debbie, both immediately after having my son (with other mums and babies) and then afterwards when I attended bootcamp to get fitter myself. Highly recommended.

    I am so glad i came across Debbies pregnancy aquafit and yoga classes. They have been without a doubt the best thing i have done for my pregnancy. I literally want to stay pregnant so i can carry on with the aquafit classes! I feel sad that next week will be my last one, i will really miss it as I love it so much. It helped my mental health no end, not to mention my physical health. It was very uplifting and i look forward to it each week. Debbie is an amazing person and so passionate about what she does. Highly recommend to any pregnant woman.

  • The best baby bump class in Norwich. The slow relaxing yet beneficial movements we were told to do were essential to birthing my baby. Very knowledgeable and calming instructor, Debbie is super personable and easy to talk to. The class helped me massively and I took the steps and info I learned in class right from birth and way beyond! Highly recommend.

    I wish I had discovered Babyfit sooner, with my first child. The experience I had at Babyfit with my second, prenatal and postnatal experience was amazing. Debs is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I learnt so much and have carried what I learnt into my day to day life as my child has grown. When I felt so low and overweight Deb told me to go buy a pair of trainers and start walking. A few years later I'm about to run my first half marathon with my little ones cheering me on. Thanks Deb

    I attended Debbie’s bump yoga+ classes from 14 weeks up until baby arrived and I’m so glad I did. Debbie is the kindest soul and her knowledge is exceptional. She isn’t afraid to have an opinion but also doesn’t force that opinion onto you. I had to navigate some difficult situations during my pregnancy and Debbie was a shoulder to lean on but also gave me the confidence I needed to deal with those situations and advocate for myself/baby. The classes gave me a much needed opportunity to switch off once a week and move my body in a gentle way and I really miss them now baby is here!
