When and Where?
BabyFit classes are conveniently located around Norwich and run periodically throughout each week. Both daytime and evening classes are available, to suit your pregnancy or post birth needs best. Venues have been chosen for ease and accessibility to help unwind, destress and connect with your baby.

Debbie's classes have been amazing. I have attended Bump Yoga, Buoyancy Bumpfit and now Baby Yoga. Her classes have given me knowledge and research options to assist with my pregnancy/birth and forth trimester and gave me the confidence to continue exercising throughout my pregnancy and ongoing. February 28, 2025I loved Debbie’s classes after having my second baby, I was struggling emotionally with sleep deprivation and losing my mum. The classes were really holistic and encompassing of all elements of post natal wellbeing, not just fitness. I still make the easy tomato soup sometimes that was part of some weekly nutrition tips!

January 28, 2025I don't know if I can even start to explain how valuable this course has been to me as a mum to be (although there are several second time mums that attended too) but I'll try... I chose to attend the early and late pregnancy yoga course and repeat both courses, each course is six weeks, so I attended for 24 weeks. In this time I learnt some of the most important information in my pregnancy journey. The start of each session provided the opportunity to talk about how our week had been, Debbie always had a knowledgeable and reassuring word for each of us as we spoke about both good and bad days of our week, giving us honest tips and information to support us through that particular point of our pregnancy. Debbie has So much education behind her so her support and suggestions always made me feel relaxed and educated. The sessions helped me keep moving though my pregnancy right up until the last moment! It helped keep me mobile and also provided the opportunity to not only relax but increase my confidence and self belief that I can birth my baby with all the information at hand, reminding me that I have son much choice. I also made friends there too. The positions and exercises are created to help you to move in the early stages of birthing and also beyond into fourth trimester, they are not always easy but that felt good! I loved knowing that I was doing something amazing for my baby and I. I honestly feel that Debbie and these sessions helped instill calmness and confidence throughout my pregnancy. I would highly recommend attending these classes! Thanks Debbie for all of your support and guidance!

Debbie reassured and supported me in pregnancy as I navigated continuing to exercise in pregnancy. She is highly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I loved attending her pregnancy yoga class - it helped me learn stretches to support my pelvis and optimise baby’s position for birth. If you’re looking for support to continue exercising in pregnancy in the way that works for you or for support with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mobile with yoga I couldn’t recommend Debbie more highly 🧡

Not only did these classes help me prepare for the birth, but Debbie’s knowledge and kind manner shined through in every class! I also made a group of solid friends at the time we needed each other most (Covid) During labour I thought of Debbie, and all the ways she taught me to stay calm and in control. The best baby bump class in Norwich. The slow relaxing yet beneficial movements we were told to do were essential to birthing my baby. Very knowledgeable and calming instructor, Debbie is super personable and easy to talk to. The class helped me massively and I took the steps and info I learned in class right from birth and way beyond! Highly recommend.

January 28, 2025I have known Debbie for years through the fitness industry and when I fell pregnant with my first she was the person I contacted about doing her yoga and aqua classes and I'm so glad I did, she's absolutely brilliant and so knowledgeable, I learnt so much from her, I'm forever grateful to Debbie for her support & knowledge and very professional, i also met a wonderful group of pregnant mamas through both classes and im still good friends with a few of them today (met them 2020 before lockdown) Highly recommend Debbie, the best pregancy yoga and aqua classes in Norwich!!
